Send the sum and the phone number linked to your ePassi account via email to info@mustavuori.fi.

We will charge the sum from your ePassi account and send a redeem code to your email.

2 - Request for a redeem code

Please send your contact information via email to info@mustavuori.fi in order for us to be able to send a redeem code to you.

3 - Redeem code

We will send a single use redeem code to our online shop in the email address you have given.

Go to our online shop and add the products to the cart.

Insert the redeem code in your cart to the input “Discount code” and click “apply”. The value of the redeem code will be subtracted from the sum in the cart.

Move on to payment, fill in required information, and pay normally the rest of the sum if needed.
4 - Collecting tickets

You can collect purchased passes from the ticket office at opening hours. You need to have a receipt of your purchase on you when collecting the passes. Information of the possessor of a pass will be input to the access system and a photo of the possessor of a pass will be taken at the same time (the photo can be taken from e.g., a phone screen if the possessor is different than the buyer of the pass). Please notice that you can only purchase your own personal pass with sport and cultural vouchers (instructions of the tax authorities to the users of the vouchers).
